We accept returns only in cases where the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (such as a photo or video of the product).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within a few working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective from our end.
